Taha leads the Investigation and Tax Enquiry team. He is a chartered accountant who has several years of experience in dealing with Inland Revenue investigations and inquiries.
He represents clients at independent tax tribunals. He represents the London Chamber of Commerce on the Tax Law Rewrite subcommittee. He also lectures on tax to fellow practitioners and clients.
As one of the partners providing tax planning to high net worth individuals, Taha is conversant with the effectiveness of trusts and offshore structures. He also provides technical support to other practitioners and fellow partners.
