Within his previous roles as Finance Director of an international leisure company and multiple franchise motor group, Peter gained first hand experience of the pressures that fall upon small business managers, enabling him to sympathetically assist SMEs in there ongoing development.
Peter has extensive knowledge of the charity sector and can advise on the management of risk as well as the detailed requirements of SORP. Peter enjoys close involvement with his clients and has become a director of three - one in garment handling machines, another in fleet motor maintenance and the third an Anglo-Indian market investment company.
Peter’s principal outside interest is hill walking and he is a qualified walk leader for an international walking holiday operator. His other interests include Rotary, (he is a past president), wood turning, church activities, theatre, gardening and wildlife.
