Geoff has many years experience in all aspects of general practice. He has worked in both large and small firms with his principal focus being the provision of support and advisory services for owner-managed businesses and inward investors; such services include assisting with the establishment of new businesses, providing outsourced facilities and other day to day requirements for ongoing and growing businesses.
In addition to this core work, Geoff has substantial experience of providing compliance services to UK business entities, including subsidiaries of both UK and overseas listed companies, and has been involved in a range of corporate finance activities including private equity fund-raising and M&A due diligence.
Geoff is a BSAC qualified diver, which involves UK and overseas jaunts. He is passionate about wildlife and is a member of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust and the British Decoy and Wildfowl Carvers Association.
