We provide a company formation service offering three levels of service:
SILVER – £75
With this service we would submit incorporation documents tailored to your needs and provide, if required, letters of renunciation and resignation from the original subscriber and officers. You would need to complete Companies House forms for the appointment of officers, allotment of shares and prepare all the necessary minutes.
GOLD – £125
The silver service but in addition, we would provide the statutory registers which you would need to complete and the initial minutes for the Company. You would need to complete Companies House forms.
GOLD PLUS – £200
The complete service, all minutes, Companies House forms and registers written up enabling you to get on with your business without the hassle of form filling and preparing minutes.
