Fund raising

Having worked with you to develop your business plan, we can present this to providers of funds and help to negotiate a suitable funding package.
Enterprise Investment Scheme
Some funding may qualify for investor tax reliefs under the Enterprise Investment Scheme. We have extensive experience in liaising with the Inland Revenue and developing structures which qualify for the relief.
To raise the funds, we work with management to develop an investment memorandum, which is circulated to potential investors.
After the fund raising, we can work with you in building your business towards the subsequent return of value to the investors via a trade sale or other exit strategy.
